For vegetarians we provide a range of delicious options like scrambled eggs, field mushrooms and vine tomatoes. We also offer as much wholemeal toast, preserves, cereals, juice and freshly brewed coffee and tea as you can manage! It seems we've accidentally created a breakfast party atmosphere at the Crescent with lots of laughter, travel story swapping and much chatting long after breakfast is over. There's very little that's 'too much trouble' at the Crescent. We're quite happy to make taxi, theatre and restaurant bookings for you and to advise you on local attractions, eateries and entertainment upon arrival.

Very warm welcome. Rita, the owner, was very friendly and accomodating. The room I stayed was a bit on the small size, however, confortable enough for my needs, although, i could have done with a small desk. I did not like the fact that the tea/cofee making facilities were on the bed side table. Another negative point would be the shower. Personaly, I like it hot with a strong flow. It was warm and very weak.
In my opinion, it is a bit pricy for what you get, considering that a 3 star hotel in the center of town will cost you around £15-£25 more. I stayed in a much better room with all the extras that you can get from an hotel for £75 and £81 in the center of town.
Based on the location and customer expirience, I would stay again. However, if the price stays the same, I will shop around.

The first night we were put in a corner room (no 3) which had very little room and was at the front - noisy and needed the window open as it was a humid night. We mentioned this at breakfast and Rita moved us into a larger, quieter room at the back with minimum fuss. She even moved our stuff as we needed to go out that morning. She was really helpful, chatty and informative. Breakfast good. Would come again. It was expensive @ £90/night and closer to a 3/4 star hotel rate but on comparison, Bath is simply pricey wherever you look so we did well at fairly short notice. She also has money off vouchers for restaurants too so pick them up before you go out (we lost out on 25% off at La Strada!)

Close to city centre. Very friendly and flexible Proprieter. Parking is a slight issue; it cost me £8 for an overnight stay
