Staff were very friendly and helpful, from giving directions from train station before we arrived to explaining the breakfast arrangements. Rooms were basic and a little cramped with the extra bed erected, although spotlessly clean. The central location made the town centre an easy walk with plenty to do and a good range of restaurants. The inevitable chain slop houses on the door step kept the kids happy - gastro delights would take a bit more background investigation. Maybe a bit more choice presented at the hotel for the more discerning diner would help.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very modern and clean. 2 minutes walk from centre of Cheltenham and £2.95 per day parking opposite. The buffet breakfast was very acceptable considering the cost of our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Good basic hotel experience, clean and new which is a nice change from dusty B&Bs. Breakfast a little basic but beds comfy and showers hot.

Hotel was excellent in every way.I would have liked some information about how to turn up the heating but luckily my 7 year old grand-daughter was there to help out!!
After I booked I saw an advert for rooms from£20 so phoned to change booking. The woman I spoke to was very impatient - sighing audibly when she could not understand the spelling of my surname. It could have been due to my accent-Welsh!The hotel staff were very polite.

The modern bedroom and bathroom were beautifully designed and fitted. We were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre. If we had been able to print out a map from the website we should have found it easier to fin d the hotel. In the evening we were directed to The Brewery complex where we had an excellent meal at Prezzo

Buffet style continental breakfast (toast, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, etc) was fine, better than expected. Staff were patrolling the bar area in the evening, and seemed determined not to let us watch the Ryder Cup on Sky TV, which was a shame. The hotel is very new, so everything is in great condition. No parking within the hotel grounds itself, you have to park in the NCP car park across the road - which means you need to pay £2.95 each time you want to go out in your car, though in fairness, if you've come for the town it's just across the road and you shouldn't need the car much!

Stayed at newly opened hotel to attend festival at Cheltenham racecourse. It was an ideal choice about 5 mins. car journey away or 1/2 hour walk. Conveniently situated opposite new cinema complex with bars and eating places. No car park but concession to stay in NCP opposite hotel. Cost £2.95 for each and every stay. Staff tried hard to be obliging and the room was spacious and had air con.
Excellent value for money and will stay again if same room rate available £60.00 per night

A new and very modern hotel - clean and very efficient. Parking was a bit of a problem, you're in the NCP across the road. The location is handy enough for the City Centre.
Nice staff, I left a item of clothing behind, they found it and the offered to send it on if I couldn't get back to collect it.
