Posh Pads at the historical Casartelli building is the perfect alternative to a hotel suite. I strongly advise staying at The Casartelli if you are looking for apartment type accommodation in Liverpool. These are without doubt the best in town in terms of value for money. The staff are excellent and cant do enough for you, the rooms are immaculate and the location is fantastic. I will definitely be staying there when I'm next in Liverpool.

We thought that the service was excellent, in particular from the young lady who checked us in and out. However all members of staff that we encountered were very friendly. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, it was in a tremendous location - especially as we were going to the Echo Arena - and the underground car parking was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay hugely.

The apartment was stunning and the location perfect for shopping and going out on an evening. I have never stayed anywhere as lovely - it was both spacious and luxurious and I'm already making plans to return with my daughter for a January sales visit.
The only minor complaints we had were that a drawer in the bedroom was dirty and the microwave was not cleaned. There is a lot of building work around the apartments and we did find the drilling intrusive especialy at 9am but when we mentioned this on leaving the staff were very apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience.
Other than that it was perfect, I cannot recommend these apartments enough - I just wish I'd asked to see the penthouse rooms before we left!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The people at this hotel were UNBELIEVABLY helpful.
They really went out of their way to help me. I cannot rate this place high enough. I will definately be staying here again and I absolutely cant wait!

Fantastic Apartment!!! Exceeded all expectations in both comfort and facilties. All staff members are attentive and friendly - a true credit to the Casartelli. Would definitely recommend and I shall certainly return soon.

Fantastic, amazing, brilliant, excellent!! If you have to stay in Liverpool forget the big brand name hotels...stay at the Casartelli. Everything is top quality from the meet & greet customer service, private secure parking with your own door fob, through to the luxurious fully fitted apartments...and step out of the door into the new Liverpool 1 area. BOOK IT NOW!!!

We only booked The Casartelli by chance because all the usual hotels were full for that evening. What a bonus that was! The apartments are simply stunning. The location could not be better - Liverpool One and the Albert Dock just a stones throw away. As with any city - parking is a premium. The Casartelli has a spacious secure undergrond carpark. Laura and her staff could not be more helpful. We will return.

This apartment was lovely. The staff were friendly and efficient, very accomodating and even contacted me afterwards to return a bag that was left.
I actually think this was reasonable for the quality and comfort and will definately stay again.

My stay at the Posh Pads at the Casartelli was that fantastic I stayed the next day when I eventually get six numbers on the lottery I shall rent the penthouse FOREVER !!!!

lovely stay, very helpful staff even offered to pick up take away after giving range of menu. clean, comfortable and close to centre. great for weekend but few finishing touches missing for long term stay

the apartment was fantastic however the car park and lift smelt very damp - the only downside to the whole apartment block.

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The apartments are in the middle of Liverpool Centre - walking distance to pubs restautants , shops etc. The apartments are extremely clean with fabulous decor. Provision is made for you to enjoy a home from home experience - large LCD TV, cooking, cleaning and small appliances are all available. Mathew (Director of the building) was very amiable and professional. If you are looking for high end apartments at a reasonable price, then look no further. My only disappointment was that I could not stay longer than two days, due to work commitments back home. I will return to the Casartelli Apts in the future and recommend anyone else to do likewise.
