Wilsham Farm offers luxury bed and breakfast accommodation, on the northern edge of Exmoor National Park, in magical surroundings, just outside Lynton on the North Devon Coast, close to the Somerset border.The farm is set in 80 acres of delightful Exmoor countryside on the Devon and Somerset borders and is blissfully peaceful, yet not isolated or remote. The approach to the farm overlooks Lynton and the sea, and the South West Coastal path is just a stroll away, linked by a foot path which runs through part of the farm.From the period farmhouse, are far reaching views across the Exmoor landscape, and National Trust Woodland. The guesthouse accommodation is provided in large, spacious, en-suite bedrooms which have been tastefully modernised whilst retaining all the old charm and character. Look out from the bedroom window across the Devon countryside, and enjoy the flora and fauna of Exmoor.Come and indulge yourselves in the luxury spacious king-size 4 poster rooms, with glorious en-suite bathrooms, and enjoy breakfast in the conservatory whilst soaking up the spectacular view towards Watersmeet and the River Lyn. Watch the wild mallard land on the pond or the Red Deer (who visit us most mornings) graze on the lawn.

Had 2 fabulous nights at this great location, made welcome by Richard & Jane from the 1st min til the last. Room was great, breakfast fab, absolutely stuuning views & the most relaxing enviroment. Bring your walking boots & enjoy the 3 mile walk down the river Lyn into Lynmouth itself. Stunning !! When you get back the best cream tea you,ll ever have awaits. We will be back asap.

We had a fantastic stay at Wilsham Farm. We were made to feel very welcome, and the place was spotlessly clean. We will definately been staying again. Next time we will stay for longer. Its an ideal place to get away from it all, and was so peaceful and the surrounding were amazing. The farm owners were extremely friendly and went out of there way for us.

This B&B is fantastic for access to Exmoor and the surrounding area. The farmhouse has stunning views especially from the conservatory where breakfast is served. The breakfasts were lovely, and set us up for a day out. The best thing about the B&B were the welcoming and friendly owners, who had plenty of advice on places to visit and recommendations for evening meals. A lovely relaxing place to spend a few days. Only minor negative comment is that you arent given a key to your room - probably never an issue in this remote part of the word - but its nice to be able to lock your room door when you arent there.

Stunning location and really friendly service made this a great break. The accomodation is spotless and extremely comfortable and breakfast is varied and tailored to your needs. Your made to feel like part of the family and you can explore the gorgeous location from the grounds of the farm. Ideal location for walkers or those who like to explore. Highly recommended.

Beautifully set location tucked away down a long and very narrow lane, halfway down the valley. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with views across the forest. A large comfortable four poster and huge fluffy towels give a nice touch of luxury. A hearty breakfast is served in a lovely conservatory with the same wonderful views, unfortunately the deer were too shy to put in an appearance, but the ducks certainly entertained us. A stroll out from the back of the house leads down to the river and following the path down to Watersmeet is a must. Altogether very relaxing which was just what we needed away from our stressed working lives. A great base if you like walking holidays or just like to potter like us.

Lovely secluded spot, just 5 minutes drive from Lynmouth. Plenty of wildlife to spot. Great breakfasts.
I'd recommend this if you're looking for peace and quiet.
Mable the little dog was a pure delight!

This is by far the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in. Set in idyllic countryside, the house is very clean and comfortable, and the owner welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time, and didn't want to leave - we shall definitely be going back! Our bedroom was actually a suite, with fourposter bed, little sitting room and luxurious bathroom. The views are wonderful. Breakfasts are delicious, and served in a lovely conservatory. All in all an absolute gem.

nice and remote place. not far from lynthon and the coast. i can recommend the place if you like silence, hiking and look for a farm to stay in the country-side.

Such a beautiful place to stay, out of the way, peaceful, stunning scenery, If you are looking to get away from it all this is the perfect location. Only a couple of miles away from Lynmouth and Lyton, which you can walk to.
The rooms were clean, owners friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely and made to your requests, the grounds well kept and the pool clean and user friendly.
Our room had a kingsize four poster bed, separate sitting area and bathroom with shower and bath. The TV had a Sky box so a wide choice of channels. The quality of everything there was very high, large towels, tea and coffee provided etc.
Hope this helps anyone thinking of staying.
