Reception staff very friendly and helpful. However we had to ask for a number of things repeatedly. I was staying with 3 other people and we were short on the following; not enough towel, only 1 dirty mug, 3 glasses and not enough knifes, forks or spoons. Under our bed was a dirty cup and dirty paper.
It was the lack of attention to detail that spoilt it because they were simple things to get right. The apartments are in a good place to access everything of interest and were reasonbly smart and we enjoyed staying here.

We were really pleased to be upgraded on arrival to a 2 bed apartment. Perfect Location, clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable and staff helpful and knowledgable. If you are taking a car, pre book a space as this was an underground compound part of the apartments which meant i felt happier knowing my car was secure and locked up. The tesco underneath was ideal to pop down for food and drink! The only thing we were annoyed with was that the hot water ran out after 2 of us had showers so the thirs person got into a cold shower...But..we worked out if you go in the cupboard and press boost on the heater, it took about 10 mins and the water was hot again! Overall would really recommend.

Very central location, the 500 airportshuttle will drop you at Lime street station, walk to end of street, take a left follow "P" for MountPleasent parking and there above the Tesco expess is your home from home all within 10 minutes walking.
Appartments are new, very high spec. fully fitted , 24 hour front desk, excellent staff, Tesco downstairs.
Was worried about noise before I arrived - "The Sound Factory" is a bar across the street , but had no problems, no noise, with windows shut.
If I had to nitpick - in room safetydeposit box would have been good.

Stayed in these apartments as no hotel room available. Would prefer to stay here with partner, family - would then be ideal and excellent value. Less useful as single person on business trip. But extremely handy for my destination. Although no food, fully fitted kitchen and restaurants nearby. Would be great for short break and I would stay again - also, serviced 24 hours per day which gave me security

Really enjoyed our short stay at Mount Pleasant Apartments, staff were really friendly and the rooms were perfect - well equipped and clean. I had some concerns about noise after reading other reviews - there was some noise from the street below but it didn't stop any of us getting to sleep! Would definitely recommend

We had three apartments in stay liverpool all were clean, modern designed with excellent facilities. The apartments location, although the area outside the building was not the best, was fantastic with only a short walk to the city centre bars. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The only down side was the parking. The apartments did not have a space but there was plenty of parking nearby and a multi storey cars park opposite! So can't complain too much.

En general el departamento estaba muy bien equipado. La limpieza estuvo aceptable, excepto por manchas en las paredes que no fueron agradables de mirar, pero que se podrian solucionar muy facilmente con un paño y agua o algo de pintura. Lo terrible fue el estado y calidad de los colchones. Peferiria no tener lavadora de platos, pero un buen colchón!!!!!. A las 7 de la mañana estabamos todos levantados!!!!!. Creo que la gerencia debiera ver este tipo de gastos como inversión y parte del buen servicio, no como un gasto!!!!!.

This is a two bed apartment, it is superbly furnished with 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and front room, dining room, kitchen and second toilet downstairs. Walking distance from centre of town. Secure car park and reception adds to the security.
This is a must for anyone staying in Liverpool.
