Accommodation was very good, but finding the reception area was very difficult to find. Could do with better instructions on how to find the office within the complex.

The bathroom was not very clean, the sink did not drain properly, the television did not pick up the BBC properly and I missed the programes I wanted to watch! The kettle was rusty on the element and the instruction s on how to use the air con was not available. BUT a good place to stay for London and cheaper than a hotel

The apartments are very good, located near tower bridge, 10-15 minute walk to an underground on ever the Northern or Circle line. rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. would recommend the appartments to anyone stopping near the centre of London. I have stay here before but was in the other complex which is also very nice but can be noisy with the windows open due to the trains.

I arrived late at night to find myself booked into a huge 2-bedroomed (not what I'd booked). It was very old, very cold, shabby, drafty, shower cubicle was mouldy, blinds all broken and bashed, windows weren't secure and it was 20 feet from the rail line so very noisy. The heating didn't work and the bed felt damp - it clearly hadn't been used for many weeks. The receptionist had a "this job is beneath me" attitude and sighs all the time - she was no help at all. The only redeeming features were Frank the security guard who took his job seriously and also found me a heater and a hairdryer and also the fact that for my 2nd night - only after being very insistent - the other person in the reception moved me to a "superior studio". It was much nicer but again the heating didn't work properly. The boiler worked and was going mad but you can't adjust any of the radiators as they've taken off all the knobs (in both apartments). The only heat came from the numerous spot lights and switching the oven on and leaving the door open!! Kitchen well equipped and bed comfortable. Shower had a good pressure but the door didn't fit closed properly in either room. They need to mystery shop other local apart-hotels to find out how it should be done.

Stayed here when all other options such as PremierInn etc were full. It was very nice to be in an apartment and feel like you had some space! Overall very good and not bad value for money. Check in could have been quicker/friendlier but otherwise all was good.

These apartments at 151 Tower Bridge Road in Southwark are new, clean and modern. We paid £99 per night via LateRooms, we booked a studio apartment to sleep 2 for 2 nights. The walk from London Bridge tube station was at least 15-20 mins (certainly more than the 10 mins advertised). I would advise you to take a taxi from the station if you have baggage (costs around £5). We had to arrive at the company offices around the corner, which were difficult to find initially, in order to pick up the keys. The view from our 8th floor apartment was fantastic, we could see on the skyline: the London Eye, St Pauls, Post Office Tower and the Gherkin. There was very little information available about the facilities in the room up front. We knew it had a small kitchen, yet there was only one pan and no microwave. The room had a washer, dryer and ironing facilties but no hairdryer!! There is a great cafe for English breakfast just up Tower Bridge Road called the Cat and the Cucumber (closed Sun). Great restaurants and shops on the waterfront between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, plus the Thames river boat stops nearby.

complicated out of hours arrangements as these are flats used as Hotel rooms, good standard of room, lot of ambient noise it was like sleeping in an airing cupboard, water pipe noise all night (which i think was under floor heating).
room clean, no facility that i found on how to get more pillows or towels as i only had one large towel and like more than two little pillows.
Would use it again now i know how to do it, staff in key ofice helpful

As we arrived late and left early, we were unable to make full use of the facilities available in our overnight stay. It is easily accessible, quiet and you have the freedom to do what and when you want. we would certainly consider such accommodation for a longer trip to London to take advantage of what the apartment provides.

Value for money accommodation in a location very central to Tower Bridge. Keys are collected a short walk (3 mins) from the apartment which is very easy to find. Apartment is spacious with seperate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/lounge. There is at least a 15 minute walk to any tube station which should be noted if not travelling in a car.

The customer service when you arrived was very poor and, the offices were not near the actual appartments.
The room was very small with a terrible layout. The Shower didn't have a good temperature, the sofa was unconfortable and the TV channels were not working properly.
Overall this was a very poor experience compared to the local competition of Marlin Apartments in Empire Square. I suggest the owners do a mystery visit to see the extremes in service and room quality
