Good quality hotel, friendly and welcoming staff.
Ate in bar, due to watching football match on t.v. food excellent, same menu as restaurant.
Only criticism, went in for breakfast at 7.00 a.m. ( food and service excellent), but had to listen to a C.D. of Christmas songs - not my taste at any time, but certainly not at 7.00 a.m. in November.

we were over the moon with the hotel very surprised when we were shown to our suite which was exceptional meals were first class - make sure you have an appetite! all hotel staff were pleasant and polite and most helpful

Didn't actually end up staying here, as there was an admin error through Laterooms and no rooms available. However, it is worth noting that the Hotel phoned me half an hour after I booked to inform me of the error, and recommended a local hotel. Ahead of contacting me, they actually contacted the other hotel, gave me the phone number, and told me that they were expecting my call.
Great service from a hotel I didn't actually stay at!!
