Claims of a fully equipped gym are wrong - there are a few cardio machines and a could of dumbells right next to the pool side. Food and room were adequate.

Everyone at the hotel were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel deserves its stars.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Marriott Swansea. It was great value for money and the staff really pleasant and helpful. Everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel, excellent breakfast and a pleasant leisure area with pool and jacuzzi.

All very nice except had no where left to park on Saturday night because of a wedding reception.
Also restaurant ran out of cream for speciallity coffees

Food took a long time to arrive in evening despite hotel not being very busy. Quality was supermarket ready meal type. Hotel room was stiflingly hot. Pool was lovely.

There was a problem in the communication between Laterooms and the hotel but the initial confusion was cleared up after I made a call to your customer service line and check in could commence. I was very impressed with the booking price
