Only problem appeared to be that i was unable to get hot water from shower in morning. i was in a bit of a hurry so did not raise matter with proprietors. perhaps it was me just being dense but i tried every which way to no avail

A basic B&B but excellent value for money, very clean and good breakfast - providing a veggie breakfat at short notice and everyone very friendly. The pub recommended to us for Dinner was superb, had a lovely stay thanks.

As we were in room No.1, across the way was a local pub. With the windows open it was impossible to sleep properly because of the amount of noise from rowdy drunks - still going at 02.30 am in the morning.
With the windows closed it was ok, but stuffy - no win situation.

The hotel could do with a refurb as it does not look like its been decorated since 1980! however its very clean the staff are very friendly. Also there is lots of free parking available just outside.

Nice clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast, good quality TV in room, good car parking, quiet at night, highly recommended for the price.

This is a good, clean B&B close to the centre of Congleton. The breakfast was of a very high standard and a great way to get set up for the day. The owners are helpful and friendly. The building itself has convenient parking.
