This is the most fabulous place to stay!! I arrived to a roaring fire and a friendly welcome - ate pre ordered home cooked food, and soaked up the decor of this lovely country house!!
Everything about my stay made me want to go back with my family for a weekend break.

Quite simply the best B&B you will ever stay at. In the past I have paid a lot for more a lot less. You will get the nicest breakfast possible. The welcome is outstanding, and even the fact that I rather stupidly left with the keys was dealt with courteously. I will be back, keys permitting!

The meeting and greeting of guests with coffe and flapjack set the scene for an enjoyable stay. The room was as good as a better four star hotel with all the luxuriest bed linen and comfee bed. The ambience of all areas made a welcome feeling. We chose to eat out but after a well cooked and presented breakfast felt that we missed out on the host preperation of evening meals. Tried to stay another night but they were fully booked. Would highly recommend and hope that the owners will be able to fulfill their plans and get the next two rooms operational.

This luxury B&B is the most excellent place I have stayed, with the most comfortable bed I have slept in, the food was first class, and a very friendly family. They have thought out the design and fittings to a high grade. And if you like rural quietness you have it here.

Excellent in all respects. It is a pity that the local council do not allow the hotel to display a Claverton Country House sign on the main road as it is very easy to miss the turn off the main road.

Claverton House is first class. The way everything is presented is perfection and it is all enhanced by the friendly attentiveness of the owners. The local authority could help by replacing the nameplate at the end of Bluemans Lane but that in no way detracts from this very superior accomodation.

This place is an absolute gem! Wonderful location - nice and quiet. Facilities were first class and couldn't be faulted. Food was freshly cooked by someone who knows how to! Owners were very friendly and made you feel welcome. We stayed for two nights and could easily have been persuaded to stay longer. If we are in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Claverton House. The best B&B we have ever stayed in!

Wished we could have stayed longer as the hosts were very accommodating and friendly and house is situated in a lovely area. The room was immaculate with antique furnishings, a very comfortable four poster bed with gorgeous bedcovering, cushions etc. Shower was amazing with built in radio and turbo jets . We would definitely stay again.
