Staff were bright and cheery, except for one of the housekeeping staff who simply looked at me as if I was silly when I said hello. room was pretty basic, though relatively clean, surfaces could have done with a bit of a wipe down and maybe the matress could have done with a bit of a clean down apart from that it was fine.

every thing was pleasant, the only thing i would say was the room was cold. The air conditioning was at its highest temperature (apparently 35degrees) and the room was still cold.
other than this and the cleanliness of the bathroom, there was a slight odour of urine from the toilet.

Excellent hotel, rooms were pretty much faultless, great value for money and great location, just a 5 min walk into the centre.

The ambience in the hotel was congenial and accepting. I would have been happy if TV and mobile phones were discouraged in the dining room, but realise that this is a personal view. we found the rooms to be functional but quite pleasant; they are very well designed in that space and surfaces are easy to use. the lighting is soft and relaxing, but easily adapted for reading in bed. The bed was very comfortable with lots of lovely space to stretch out, as was the shower and washbasin area. The shower was particularly enjoyable. For us, the staff were the star turns. We were treated as we would want to treat guests in our own home. Many thanks to them.
Two small things that would have improved the stay for us: a couple of coat hooks, and a teapot. Dragging a piping hot and dripping teabag out of a mug is very unpleasant.

This is my second stay at this hotel and found everything very satisfactory. The only downside was that I found the room quite chilly eevn with the heating set at the highest temperature. It is November though and it was a particularly cold and windy evening so hopefully the room would normally be warm enough.

The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city and well within an easy walk to the shopping areas and to both Glasgow train stations. Also the shuttle bus from the airport stops within three blocks of the location.

th hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very nice and friendly, we arrived early and thought we'd go to the hotel to see if we could leave our bags. however we got to check in a few hours early....
the room was clean and basic, the bathroom had a terrible smell so we had to make sure the door was kept shut at all times, however it was clean.

I love the Ibis hotel, it has as much quality and service as more expensive hotels. I thoroughly recommend it to everyone. The standard of room is very high, and very clean and warm. it is one of my favourite hotels now. The staff are wonderfully relaxed and helpful.

The hotel was well situated in cuty centre with easy access to places to visit.
Staff freindly and helpful.
The evening reception/porter was particularly helpful as the kettle in our room had a failed element and this was instantly replaced. He also checked that new kettle worked and advised to rinse out and reboil prior to using.Reception staff checked my partners flight prior to me meeting her.
For info - when placing couple as type of traveller it then asks for info on ages gender, only allowing one point of info so you have mine not my female partners.

Had no problems checking in, staff were friendly. I was a bit worried about the parking situation as the hotel doesn't have it's own parking facilities, but luckily we arrived at 6pm and the parking right outside the hotel was free until 8am the next morning (usually pay meters) which was really handly! It is also just round the corner from sauchiehall street (very handy!), and only 5 mins in the taxi to SECC (which is only about £5ish) Rooms were also very clean. Liked it, booking it again for my next stay :D

Nice, clean, easy hotel. A nice experience, not far from the centre of the city and helpful staff. You can park out front from 6pm - 8am for free. Quiet location, and nice little bar downstairs.
